PE Alimenticio Coating
Industry-standard PE coating provides excellent liquid barrier and heat sealing. Pure wood pulp base paper with no harmful chemicals.
Lidless Design
Integrated wing flaps fold to form a secure drinking spout — no lid needed. Only the barista and the customer interact with the cup.
Structural Integrity
Oil-resistant, heat-resistant, non-toxic, odorless. Unbleached with zero fluorescent agents. Industrial-grade paper stock.
Temperature Range
Certified for hot beverages up to 100°C and cold beverages. PE coating withstands prolonged contact with acidic, alcoholic, and fatty food simulants.
Material Composition
PE Alimenticio Coating: Food-grade polyethylene — the global industry standard for paper cup manufacturing. Provides excellent liquid barrier properties and is approved for direct food contact under EU regulations.
Pure Wood Pulp Paper: Unbleached raw paper stock with zero fluorescent agents. Structural integrity guaranteed across all 4 sizes (8oz–16oz).
Surface Treatment: Non-fluorescent, zero harmful chemicals. Oil-resistant, heat-resistant, non-toxic, and odorless — certified by independent accredited laboratories.
Food-Grade Compliance
LFGB §30/31, EU 1935/2004, EU 10/2011. Overall migration: ND across all simulants. Zero heavy metals, zero phthalates, zero vinyl chloride.
Hot Beverage Use
Tested at 100°C for 24 hours in 3% acetic acid with zero migration detected. Perfect for coffee, tea, soup, and hot chocolate.
Cold Beverage Use
Tested at 60-70°C in ethanol simulants. Zero phthalate migration across 16 compounds. Suitable for iced drinks, smoothies, and cold brew.
Sustainability
